Does the finder need an app?
No. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR sticker, and the keychain works either way: scan its QR code or tap it with a phone.
Can the finder see my phone number or address?
Never. Finders message you through Tagaby, and the tag itself holds only a random ID.
How do I manage my tags?
Log in to your Tagaby dashboard to activate tags, see every item in one place and get alerts when something is found.
Can I use my phone to see where my tag is?
No. Tagaby isn't a GPS tracker, so it never shows your item's location. When someone finds your item and scans the tag, you get a notification and can message them to get it back.
